## Description <!--- Describe your changes in detail --> Fixes for test_deploy_virtio_scsi_vm.py which throws an exception if the hypervisor does not support the tests. And test_vm_life_cycle.py and test_vm_life_cycle.py which fail when the environment hasn't fully recovered from the previous test.
