Uh, that is pretty strange @oliversalzburg. Running Windows apps via the CLI might spawn shells, I observed that too, but I never hat to confirm with Enter.
The certificate stuff might be related to https://github.com/apache/cordova-paramedic/tree/master/debug-mode-plugin/scripts which does things I don't really understand. As I see it, Windows is never really tested via paramedic so it is not surprising this doesn't really work. But AppVeyor is configured to do this by default, and it would certainly be useful if it would be tested for all the plugins - so let's fight through this.
