it requires to modify the xml dynamically which is possible but it means playing with filesystem. I would prefer to merge this PR and report the improvement in CAMEL tracker to tackle it in a second iteration as it is already providing less chance to encounter the issue. If not agree, can be done on top of this PR but it is not part of my top priorities so not sure when I will handle it.
