I am about to give up on testing the bridge on Linux/YARN. There is no way to build REEF.NET completely on Linux at this moment - many `.csproj` files are Windows-only, and it would take another PR to port the .NET build system to Linux/dotnet. I am thinking about merging this PR into master as is, and then work on Linux port, YARN runtime, deprecation of the old bridge etc in separate PRs. @markusweimer, WDYT?
