I confirmed `npm run test-windows`.
The result in my local Windows Server 2012 R2 + Visual Studio 2015 is

It looks same error as in appveyor.

However the build procees seems to be finished normally.
The appx file can be confirmed as

I could install this appx in other windows 10 PC and confirmed it working.

I guess that this issue may happen in installing process.
