I've moved the "deployment" logic into a `trait` package that takes inspiration from the fabric8 maven plugin enricher workflow to generate resources.
I've currently implemented a `service` and `route` (active only for OpenShift) traits that expose the integration when needed. Currently traits can only change the deployment phase, but later we'll add hooks to let them change the default behavior of other phases.
