Clicking "Guide to Password Encryption." currently incorrectly takes you to "https://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guides/mini/guide-encryption.html";. I believe it intends to take you to "https://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-encryption.html";. This commit should resolve this, but requires testing.
