I think this would lead to `NullPointerException` in 
`RestSwaggerSupport::setupXForwardedHeaders`. We do have the 
`HttpServletRequest` here so we could pass HTTP headers as a `Map<String, 
String>` to `support.renderResourceListing(...)`.
