Domain transfer and DNS transfer has been done by Oracle. Nothing more can be done on the Oracle side. Apache infra has everything it needs or should simply ask Oracle, which so far it has not done, about what’s missing. The infra issue has been created some time ago. All we can do is frequently ping folks at infra.chat.
