@ijuma @hachikuji @scottcarey I see. Thanks for the valuable input. Previously I was not very sure how useful it is and I have concern with no enforcing the rule. Thinking about the rule more, the decision of minor feature is already subjective and the PR with 600 lines of code seems medium size. I think it is reasonable to include it in 2.1.
