@larroy @lupesko Thank you for letting me know that the tests pass. It is a problem with my environment. I have reinstalled everything starting with xcode several time and implemented all the suggestions on this page - still getting errors.
I believe the problem is from Apple, more specifically setting up a new Mac (High Sierra OS) from an older Mac using Migration Assistant and not specific to MXNet, however other people will run into issues building under similar circumstances.
