No, we don't have any XEM skin in progress or planned.

All you have on svn about XEM and multiwiki except for pom,
distribution and database modules is not the correct one. Amost
everythings is different especially the admin xar part.
Nothing is applied on svn yet except build most of the maven build.

I have some test on derby and HSQL to validate their use today and I
will make the bigs patches on MultiWiki and XEM projects.
