Hi all, Any more votes for this help desk product?
I've installed a version v0.1 of the current prototype at the following URL on the Mandriva Club: http://club.mandriva.com/xwiki/bin/view/helpdesk/ In case the vote passes, which I hope :-), we'll need a project code name for JIRA. I suggest we use the code name "XWITS" for now, standing for "XWiki Issue Tracking System" and referring to wits... unless you have better ideas? I'm not sure at which point the help desk and the issue tracker will differ, but in any case both deal with the concept of issues.
