The last XE builds are in

platform/xwiki-web-standard just contains platform web application
package without any plugins or specific configuration.

the web application without database connector or configuration

http://maven.xwiki.org/snapshots/com/xpn/xwiki/products/xwiki-enterprise-hsqldb/1.3-SNAPSHOT/:
the last distribution package based on hsqldb
