That is a pertinent question. For the moment, I would not recommend to install workspaces over an existing wiki. Indeed, workspaces overrides several of the standard wiki documents from XE, and you will loose the original ones when importing if you do not uncheck them. Also, you should be aware that now workspaces works correctly only with its own provided skin (but it is our plan to make it work with XE skins). All those issues leads us to distribute workspaces mainly as standalone product (war, distributions), rather than an application one would install on top of an existing XE. Anyway, if you are willing to experiment workspaces, would it be the standalone version, or on top of XE; we would be really keen on having some feedback from you.
