Indeed, you should be able to checkout Watch's sources quite easily thu Maven. As for the Index Page source code, have you given a look at http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Main/AllDocs?viewer=code & http://localhost:9090/xwiki/bin/view/XWiki/Treeview?viewer=code ?
