Hi Vincent, thanks for your email. Actually I am playing with XWiki and trying to find out all the features it has. In my opinion I guess if all the registered user has one blog that would be great. Just opinion.
Actually I met one person few days back at a book store who recently installed one Wiki in his intranet; he is director of operation in a startup and told me that wiki was not enough for then they also needed blogs for each users....
