Yes, some plugins are core plugins and should be moved to xwiki- platform-core/ directory. But what we don't want is moved them inside xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-core module. I'm not sure my solution works with maven. It might still create a circular dep but it's worth verifying it. > And what about the other two questions? I don't know the answers...
