Hello neel, It seems you have checkout a "tagged" version of workspaces sources, for which the dependencies are "frozen". You should instead checkout a branch, for which dependencies will be latest snapshots found in either your local repository, or remote repository. For example, for XWiki Workspaces 1.1 branch, you should checkout out http://svn.xwiki.org/svnroot/xwiki/xwiki-products/xwiki-workspaces/branches/xwiki-workspaces-1.1/
