Hi , i want to make intigration like this.i will have a page on xwiki.where i will have a dropdown to select the xwiki user.multiple users can be selected.in that page i will have a button creat workflow.it will launch bonita workflow creation page.
it will create automatically a space in xwiki where all internal users involved in this workflow have access to, In these spaces there will be the workflow model with colors indicating in which step the workflow is. The space can also be used to attach documents and write information about each task in the workflow. The user of the first task in the workflow receives an email before start date with a link to his space, (depending if it is internal or external user). When the next task is being activated, this user receives an email with link and so on. When the end date has passed before workflow is completed, all users in the workflow receive an email. thanks in advance, Rupok On 8/17/08, Vincent Massol <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Hi Rupok, > > On Aug 16, 2008, at 9:53 PM, rupok sayeem wrote: > > > Hi, > > I am new with xwiki and Bonita. Is there any body who can give me some > > suggestion to intigrate xwiki and bonita. > > is there any document available. It would be really helpful for me if > > anyone > > can provide me some information about it. > > No I don't think there's any documentation.
