My personal PoV is that the LightWindow one looks better (it's definitely my favorite one : cool & stylish :-), but from a technical PoV it seems a bit too limited, especially in terms of styling. Since the ModalBox one looks good too and it seems to have the right technical implementation, I'd say it's a good fit. So here's my non-binding +1 for ModalBox
