I'll be working on the new UI for the Wysiwyg editor, XWIKI-3429 and XWIKI-3435 (XWIKI-3431 is part of the new UI too, but I don't think it will be done in this timeframe) along with finishing the general wizard to use for all Wysiwyg chained actions.
