Thanks, Vincent! I see this XWikiStoreInterface requires methods that accept a SQL where clause as an argument, so it seems I would have to work around this and text parse such SQL where clauses into the corresponding semantic SPARQL where clause. Probably doable but not seamless.
Sounds like XWiki's OSGi-like architecture is close but would require a lot of work.
