We do have answers for the others..

You should choose the application where you feel you are the best. It's 
hard for us to choose between multiple applications for the same 
project, so the more you can show experience in the technologies used 
for a specific project the better it is.

You can also propose separate applications for multiple projects. This 
gives you more chances of being accepted.
