Well, the aim is not create a new skin for the sake of it but rather to make the wiki easier to use in the release's timeframe. We could indeed spend that time improving toucan, working on items such as: - Cleaning redundant CSS styles - Reorganizing & improving the action bar - Fixing bugs across platforms - Adding new colors - Improving the .../bin/edit/... & .../bin/inline/... pages - Improving dialog boxes (such as the "this page has been deleted" one) The exact release contents would be decided when discussing the roadmap in June.
