What sense does it make to edit the XWikiAllGroup? paul

As part of the Curriki development, since Curriki is growing big (more than 60000 users), the XWiki.XWikiAllGroup is not scalable and this can lead to bad things.I've proposed a patch to make XWiki.XWikiAllGroup implicit.
