Hi I agree with Guillaume. In my company most screens are set to 1024x768 (and can't be changed) and i guess that adding a text to an icon could result in scrollbars on some screens. I would prefer a tooltip.

Thus I'd rather be +1 for Var 2 as it takes less space. Instead of having a caption at the bottom as on Var 3, we could put the action's legend in a tooltip displayed when hovering over the action icon. WDYT?
