Hi devs,
We need to speed up the colibri skin todos since we're already late. I
propose we spread the work amongst ourselves. I've listed the tasks to
do below.

too? I think we need at minimum a link to the ColorTheme space.

Let's call this one 17). Not done. How do we solve this one? Do we
leave it unsolved? Do we instead check the first H1 value whatever the
location in the rendered content?
