Can you put your screenshot on a public web site? This mailing list doesn't allow attachments. Also, are there any JavaScript errors in the Firebug console or any exceptions in the server log? Did you build the XWiki trunk or a branch? Is it up to date? Have you changed anything in the WYSIWYG sources?
