I find the proposal very nice looking, my inner geek loves the ingeniosity but I think it is overkill. Raluca, do you really feel the need for a fast switch between spaces ? I mean we use panels for that, let's take the default QuickLinks panel, I think it's a big plus that it is customizable by admins and that spaces like Panels or Scheduler doesn't appear in it. If the idea is to get rid of panels in the future then big +1 :) If the idea is to keep panels but have a new policy suggesting not to use them as navigation menus, -0.
