Hello Vincent,

I'm +1 only if we rationalize the breadcrumb at the same time. Currently
the breadcrumb is already using the HTML Å symbol. having both
document references and breadcrumb using this symbol would be a mistake in
my opinion, as users would not understand the difference, and would mix
one for the other.

To sum up, I'm -1 if we don't have this global reflection that includes
the breadcrumb. (I don't have yet ideas of how to handle both in a nice
way, but I'll come back if I do)
