FoXWiki can only work with FF, since it's a Firefox extension. In IE it should work as long as a WebDAV client is configured. However, I think that we should not make the pencil active by default, so that it requests for FoXWiki to be installed. It should only appear when FoXWiki is already installed. For IE, I don't know how to approach it, maybe Florin has some ideas.
