I'm +1 to host them in our contrib top level project since it fits our charter 
defined on http://contrib.xwiki.org:

- http://svn.xwiki.org/svnroot/xwiki/contrib/projects/wiki30
- they should start using the Contrib jira project
- they should start using the http://contrib.xwiki.org wiki (creating a Wiki30 
space if they need to write stuff).
- they should start using the devs list for their development IMO
