Some remarks: * I like innovation so I think it's a good idea if contributors are interested in working on a such a shiny state-of-the-art skin that doesn't have cruft * Since XE is about the enterprise we should continue to support skins that work in enterprise environments, i.e with older browsers. * As Jerome said whenever we can, it would be good to enable shiny features "on the fly" when we detect the browser capabilities, even when using existing skins such as Colibri/Toucan.
