Some remarks:
* I like innovation so I think it's a good idea if contributors are interested 
in working on a such a shiny state-of-the-art skin that doesn't have cruft
* Since XE is about the enterprise we should continue to support  skins that 
work in enterprise environments, i.e with older browsers.
* As Jerome said whenever we can, it would be good to enable shiny features "on 
the fly" when we detect the browser capabilities, even when using existing 
skins such as Colibri/Toucan.

PS: I'm removing the users list since this is a devs topic (it won't be the 
user doing the work... unfortunately... :)). And if you ask them if they'd like 
this, they'll say of course they do since it doesn't cost them much to say 
so... ;)
