Hello.
It seems that
platform/trunks/core/xwiki-core/src/main/java/com/xpn/xwiki/plugin/flickr
plugin
is not used by anything in XWiki. It seems to be old and deprecated.
I propose to remove it from xwiki-core.
The things to discuss would be :
Topic I.
Where to move it:
1.Deprecate it (move it to contrib retired)
2.Remove it from everywhere (delete code)
3.Move it to CORE plugins
4.Rewrite it nicely as a service and have it :
1.as core module
2.in contrib sandbox
Topic II.
Relation to the platform
1.bundle it by default
2.not bundle it by default
I am +1 for I.2 and II.2 .
