I don't think it look that bad with bold on item description highlighting : http://incubator.myxwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Improvements/SuggestRedesignProposal#HVariantB The highlighting in item description in part 2 is a marginal case anyway (most of the times the description will not be matching). I'm not strongly against proposition B but I think it does not look so good.
