Hi Karel, Glad to see your interest in XEclipse.
Please make sure to check out XEclipse's Jira project page at http://jira.xwiki.org/jira/browse/XECLIPSE . There, you can see the list of current issues, add new ones or even propose patches with your contributions. It is the proper way of reporting issues, as opposed to the mailing list. Regarding the specific issue you mentioned (pages with dots in names), it could be a minor bug. XWiki uses the dot (".") character as separator between space name and page name when producing a page's ID (i.e. "Main.WebHome"). If you create a page using the web interface, page name and space name are handled and escaped automatically (i.e. space name "This.is.the.space" and page name "This.is.the.page" result in an ID of "This\.is\.the\.space.This\.is\.the\.page"). Since XEclipse is not very actively maintained, it may need some tweaking to obtain the same behaviour, both in creating and in displaying pages/spaces with a dot in their names. If the issue is not already reported (and I think it isn't), please report it on Jira (link above). XEclipse was mainly developed on GSoC (Google Summer of Code) projects and it can take all the help it can get. This year we have some GSoC projects on XEclipse and, if any of them get picked, work will resume on XEclipse. Please don`t hesitate to contribute by proposing patches for bugs, new features, etc. We always appreciate that :) Thanks, Eduard On 04/22/2011 02:15 PM, Karel Gardas wrote: > Hello, > > with using latest Eduard's fix (r36321) I'm able to get XEclipse plugins > working in Eclipse 3.6.2.
