What's not there must be in a separate tag. For instance, if I look at https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-enterprise/blob/xwiki-enterprise-2.7.2/pom.xml I see that it depends on blog 1.26, which you can find in https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/tree/xwiki-application-blog-1.26 .
