+1 as well, he's been providing patches for a while on a lot of domains, from core Java to JavaScript and CSS, and they usually show good debugging skills. Still, I'd like to ask Andreas not to commit his implementation of the rights management. I've looked at it during the 3.1 release while investigating this topic, and while it is a major improvement over what we currently have, it still has some limitations, and I'd like to avoid having to deprecate a new API shortly.
