+1 but only if we can guarantee the quality of the upgrade on all supported 
DBs. The last upgrade was done without any test and checks and it caused a huge 
load of issues.

-0 for Struts. +1 to use our own Actions. Unless we have requirements I don't

Are you sure there's a need for struts 2? Isn't that just for some class that

According to what you say this seems a bit early to move to 3.0.
