Hi devs, Roadmap time again for 4.1. Here's a proposal below. If you're a committer/contributor and wish to propose doing something for 4.1 please reply to this thread to have a complete roadmap. For committers who have their names next to tasks below, please confirm you're ok to do that for 4.1.
