This is related to hidden documents, for the moment the only way to
hide a space from the {{spaces/}} macro is to hide all the documents
within. This is what has been done for: ColorThemes, Invitation,
Panels, Scheduler and Stats.
Also note that not only their are hidden from this macro but also from
search results, document indexes, document tree and the REST API.

It means that if we wanted to remove the Blog from the spaces list
(because it's already in the apps panel) we'd have to hide all the
page in the space; we can't really do that since blog articles
wouldn't appear in the search results.

IMO a "userland" application is a set of page, in a dedicated space or not.

- Scheduler, Stats: +1 to have their entry point in the administration
- Invitation: we can put it in the top menu or we could merge the
invitation and user directory applications, with the entry point of
the invitation in the user directory. I'm +1 for 2).
