Apparently Gephi is Java and Open Source, so it could be possible if the API is sufficiently separated from their UI to generate graphs from XWiki data. Now the first step would be to have the data generated as text+numbers.
What would be interesting is which data would be interesting and with what type of visualization: User -> Page -> Number of page edits or page views And then try to get which users are connected through the same pages..
