To clarify, this error occurs when I am trying to import an export from an older instance of Xwiki.
I have read that I need to set CATALINA_OPTS to something like -Xmx1024m. I also see in the Tomcat 7.0.29 properties that there are Java options for initial and maximum memory pools.
