I am looking on a 4.2 SNAPSHOT - http://maven.xwiki.org/snapshots/org/xwiki/manager/xwiki-manager-jetty-mysql/4.2-SNAPSHOT/xwiki-manager-jetty-mysql-4.2-20121025.112104-349.zip and I don't have these kind of duplications.
