The fix from Andreas is working as expected, this one is therefore fixed.
I had to complete the fix from Caleb on the attachment cache issue to also
fix the newly created http://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XWIKI-8705. Those
definitely fix FD leaks, and FD seems now perfectly stable :)
I had also improve the attachment cache to avoid creating useless files and
FDs.

I fully agree, we may now release 4.4.1 ASAP. Monday seems a nice target,
and it would be great if some testing can take place in the meantime.
