You have used a Long Text field for the answer. Another option, on 4.3M2 or recent, is to use the "Content" field ( http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/ReleaseNotes/ReleaseNotesXWiki43M2#HNew27Title27and27Content27fieldsforAppWithinMinutes ), so that the answer is stored in the document content.
In any case, you should also link the tutorial from the AppWithinMinutes documentation ( http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/App+Within+Minutes+Application ).
