Where did I said that we were late because of XWIKI-9041 ?

I did not talked about releasing right now but tomorrow if 2) is
chosen, there is 5 failing tests and pretty sure some of them are
flickering tests we have since a while so I believe this is doable.
What I did not seen before sending that mail is that Manuel could
still reproduce XWIKI-9022, XWIKI-9014 and XWIKI-9016 today but if
they are fixed on 4.5 branch it's probably not much.
