Thank you Denis! I dropped the two tables and the migration finished successfully. I could start up the version 4.1.1 of XWiki with my database. The problem is I have the same issues that in the previous version. For example, when I try to change rights in Wiki Preferences -> Rights or the Default editor to use in my User Preferences to Wysiwyg Attached screens and tomcat log of the exceptions.
