If you don't have any idea this one is a good one to start with: http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Polls+Application I know that it needs at least items 2 and 3 from my list (i.e. Application Panels entry + Transaltion XObject). I don't know the syntax of its pages but I guess it's already 2.0.
